When will I receive my package?

·        UAE: 1-2 Days

·        Other GCC Countries (KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait): 1-3 Days

·        Other Countries: 3-5 Days

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partner and delays may occur that are out of our control (e.g. due to weather conditions or customs clearance delays)

What are the delivery costs?

·       Within UAE: Free shipping in the UAE. 

·      International Delivery: The delivery cost will be displayed during checkout, based on the destination country of your order.

Do you charge VAT?

Yes, as per UAE law a 5% VAT is applicable on all sales in the UAE. This amount is included in our displayed prices. If the delivery is for other GCC countries (KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait), then the UAE VAT is 0% and an Import VAT of 5% is applied. Based on the delivery country's customs clearance laws if the VAT% is higher than 5% then the additional amount will be charged as Additional Import VAT.

What are the import taxes/duties if I am ordering from outside of the UAE?

If you are ordering from outside of the UAE, customs authorities may charge import taxes/duties in accordance with local regulations. These are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. 

How do I check my order or delivery status?

Track your parcel by following the link in your Shipment Confirmation email. This would be sent as soon as your parcel is shipped.  

Additionally, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp. If WhatsApp is unavailable for your number, the link will be sent via SMS. This link allows you to view live updates, the estimated delivery time, and access a chat box for customer support.

Why can't you ship my order?

There are a few reasons that can keep us from being able to ship your order. Here are a few possible causes:

  • The product(s) you ordered are out of stock.
  • You live in a remote area, and we cannot deliver there.
  • A payment issue might have occurred when you placed the order.

What should I do if I received the wrong product?

If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of the date of delivery and we'll help you with the return and refund process. If you received a product that's the wrong size, you can return the product to us and re-order at our Online Shop. 

What should I do if I haven't received my package?

Do you accept cards or cash on delivery?

Yes, we accept both cards and cash on delivery.
