How do I return products?
1. Initiate your return: Log in to your account and go to My Orders. Select the order that you wish to return. Tell us what item(s) you want to return and why. Confirm your return.
2. Courier will contact you to pick up the return: Our couriers will be in contact to arrange a time and a day to pick up your return(s).
What is the return policy?
We know how important an easy return process is. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure the merchandise is in the same condition. Ensure the following conditions are met for a smooth return process:
-You can return your purchase within 30 days from the day it reaches your doorstep.
-Only one return authorization will be accepted per order, multiple returns per order will not be authorized.
-Once the pickup request is initiated, customers will have a window of 3 business days to handover the item/order.
-Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
How much does it cost to return a product?
You may return products free of charge, provided they meet the following conditions:
· The item must be in its original state and packaging, with no signs of use or damage.
· Apparel must have all original tags attached.
· Accessories must include all original packaging components.
· Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery of your online order.
For a smooth return process, please ensure the product meets these requirements before initiating a return.
When will I get my refund after I returned my order?
Once your return is received, we will review it to confirm its eligibility for a refund.
You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed, and the refund has been authorized.
After the refund is authorized, your bank may take up to 14 business days to process the transaction. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Will I get a refund on my shipping costs if I return my product?
Shipping costs will not be refunded, except in cases where the product is found to be defective.
If the product is confirmed to be defective upon inspection at our warehouse, your refund will include the shipping costs.
How many days do I have to return my order?
